Booking Policy 

 

 A non-refundable retainer is mandatory for all appointments unless payment is made in full. If you are a 15-minutes late, your artist may require rescheduling, and a 15% late cancellation fee may apply at their discretion. No-shows will incur a 50% charge of the booked services to the card on file, without exceptions.

To receive a tattoo in Texas, you must be 18 years or older, presenting valid ID at the time of service. Rescheduling requires notifying Micro Beauty Bar at least 48 hours in advance, with retainers being transferable once with proper notice.

Consent forms are required for all Micro Beauty Bar services. If you possess previous tattoo work, contact us before booking. All services are non-refundable; dissatisfaction concerns can be addressed with your artist, exploring alternatives other than refunds.

For teeth whitening bookings, existing oral health issues may prompt your artist to recommend a dental checkup.

Micro Beauty Bar retains the right to refuse service to any individual.

 Cosmetic tattoos may not be for you if...

•  Pregnant 

•  Those prone to keloids or post-inflammatory hypopigmentation

•  Uncontrolled Diabetes (will need medical clearance)

•  History of MRSA in the last 6 months

•  Abnormal Heart Condition (will need medical clearance)

•  Patient's undergoing Chemotherapy

•  If you have any kind of skin condition on or near your eyebrows. This includes eczema, shingles, rash, etc. 

•  Taking Accutane

•  Taking Prescription Blood Thinners

•  Previous allergic reactions to alcohol or numbing agents

•  Those with dark pre-existing eyebrow tattoos or permanent makeup

•  Those under the age of 18 years old

Teeth Whitening may not be for you if...

•Pregnant 

•Those who have existing teeth sensitivity 

•Those with existing oral health issues. Cavities, broken teeth, gingivitis, sores in your mouth etc. 

•If you have braces  

•Those under the age of 18 without parental consent. 

Online Training Disclaimer  

Micro Beauty Bar LLC courses (“Course” or “Courses”) provide training and information in connection with aesthetic procedures (“Procedures”) to a wide range of individuals who utilize the Courses (“Student” or “Students”).  Students include, but are not limited to, physicians, nurses, estheticians, medical aestheticians, body workers, cosmetologists, healthcare practitioners and tattoo artists.  The Courses are open to the general public.  Micro Beauty Bar does not pre-screen Students as to any particular Student’s background, expertise and licensing.  The Procedures may be used by a wide range of providers depending upon the providers’ licensing and level of expertise.  Micro Beauty Bar makes clear to the Students, and the Students understand that the Courses do not provide advice as to what Procedures Students may lawfully engage in performing.  Micro Beauty Bar makes no representations nor advises its Students as to the licensing, if any, that is required to engage in the performance of the Procedures.

Therefore, and based upon the foregoing, Students must research and acquaint themselves with the laws applicable to the legality of the Students’ performance of the Procedures.  It is up to each Student to make sure that before any Procedure is performed by that Student, the Student is compliant with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations including but not limited to FDA regulations that govern that Student’s legal ability to perform a Procedure.

Micro Beauty Bar makes no representations and/or warranties in connections with the Courses.  The Courses are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.  Reliance on the information in the Courses for procedural purposes is to be used at your own risk. If you have questions or concerns, contact a medical professional prior to treatment. Micro Beauty Bar is not responsible nor liable for risks involved with this procedure.  Students assume the risk of and liability for any procedures performed by them.

Micro Beauty Bar is not responsible or liable for legal encounters regarding licensing, regulations, or other legal aspects pertaining to procedural operation.

 Training Policies

NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER:

A retainer is required to book an in person training course. The retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions.

RESCHEDULE:
There is a rescheduling fee of $300.00.

CANCELLATIONS:

Should you need to cancel your training, the retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE, no exceptions. Additionally, a cancellation fee of 20% will be charged to the card on file.


REFUNDS:
NO REFUNDS. This includes the retainer and total cost of the course. All payments are final.


BANK DISPUTES AND RETURNED CHECKS:
When booking you understand and agree to the total training cost. Disputing
 these payments will result in criminal charges for theft of services.
